DV8 Trouble Maker Solid
$1.00
Medium oil lanes call for a high-hook ball like the DV8 Trouble Maker Solid. Its Havoc Solid coverstock and Dualistic core deliver strong backend motion with a smooth, predictable arc for bowlers of all skill levels.
If you’re bowling on medium oil and want a ball that reads the lane well while giving you a sharp, angular backend move, this one’s worth a look. It’s not picky and works nice for no-thumb bowlers who need a solid, consistent reaction without surprises. The Trouble Maker Solid gets down the lane with some skid before flipping hard at the breakpoint, giving you good continuation through the pins.
Under the cover, DV8 went with their Havoc Solid reactive resin, finished at 1500 grit to keep the ball from hooking too early. The Dualistic core sits at a 2.49 RG with a 0.045 differential, which helps it store energy and release it when you need it most. This setup gives the ball a strong midlane read and plenty of backend pop without overreacting on medium conditions.
If you want something that can handle medium oily lanes with a high hook potential but stays under control, this ball fits the bill. It’s available in a full range of weights, so you can find the right fit for your game. No fuss, just solid motion and reliable carry.
