For dry lanes and low hook shots, the Brunswick TZone Ocean Reef is a reliable polyester ball with a TZone Bullet core. Its Crown Factory Polish surface keeps the ball running straight, making it a solid choice for spares or players needing minimal backend action.
When the lanes dry out or you just need a dependable spare ball, this one holds its line without much fuss. The motion is smooth and predictable, with very low hook potential. It’s the kind of ball you want when you need the ball to skid through the heads, read the midlane cleanly, and flip a little late if at all.
Under the shell, Brunswick stuck with the TZone Bullet core, which has an unknown RG and differential. The polyester coverstock is polished right from the factory with a Crown finish, so it slides well on the front part of the lane and doesn’t pick up much friction. This means you get a straight ball with no surprises, especially on dry lane conditions where reactive balls can be too much.
This Ocean Reef ball fits bowlers of all skill levels who know when a low-hook, straight ball is the right call. It’s usually a spare ball or a go-to on extremely dry lanes that need control over hook. Offered in a full range of weights, it’s no nonsense and just does what it’s supposed to.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment
Returns
Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.
Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
