$1.00

Medium-heavy oil calls for a ball with a strong backend and smooth continuation. The Hammer Maximum Effect uses a hybrid reactive coverstock and a low RG, high hook potential core to deliver a controlled, angular motion for intermediate bowlers.

Description

If you’re bowling on medium-heavy oil and want a ball that reads the midlane and snaps hard on the backend, this one’s worth a look. It offers a smooth, continuous hook that doesn’t roll out early but still gives you plenty of carry downlane. Bowlers with some experience who want to sharpen their backend reaction will feel right at home here.

Under the cover, Hammer went with the Maximum Effect Hybrid Reactive coverstock, finished at 3000 Abralon for a nice balance of skid and grip. The core is the Maximum Effect Core, sitting at a 2.52 RG with a 0.05 differential, giving the ball a strong but predictable backend move without being too jumpy or over-aggressive.

This ball works well if you need a reliable backend flip without sacrificing control through the heads. It comes in a solid range of weights, letting you find the right fit for your style. It’s a straightforward option for anyone who wants a dependable ball that hooks hard but reads the lane in a smooth arc.

About brand
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Fastlane Bowling Pro Shop to be simple and predictable. The information below outlines how shipping and returns work so you know exactly what to expect before you place an order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our shop and supplier partners based on product availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination. Bowling balls and larger items may ship separately from accessories. If you have questions about shipping timelines before placing an order, contact us and we will help you plan accordingly.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment

Most bowling balls are shipped undrilled unless drilling is explicitly selected and confirmed. If drilling options are added in the future, additional processing time may apply. We will always confirm details before completing any drilled order.

Returns

Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.

Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will work with you and the manufacturer when applicable to determine the best solution.

Questions Before You Order?

If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or whether a product is right for you, contact us before placing your order. We would rather help you choose correctly than deal with returns later.
