Request an
Appointment
ome services are quick. Others deserve time and focus.
When it comes to ball drilling, fitting, and on-lane consultations, scheduling ahead allows us to give you the attention your equipment and your game deserve. Instead of rushing you through a decision, we use an appointment request to make sure the right service is scheduled the right way.
Requesting an appointment helps us understand what you need before we confirm a time.
How Appointment Requests Work
Rather than booking yourself directly on a calendar, you will submit a short appointment request. This allows us to review what you are looking to have done and make sure we schedule the appropriate amount of time.
After you submit your request, we will follow up to confirm details and coordinate a time that works for both you and the shop.
This approach helps avoid misbooked services and ensures you get the attention your equipment deserves.
When to Request an
Appointment
Appointments are recommended for:
- Ball drilling and full fitting
- Plugging and re-drilling work
- On-lane consultations
- Detailed equipment or arsenal discussions
Walk-ins are always welcome when possible, but requesting an appointment ahead of time guarantees availability and dedicated time.
On-Lane Consultations
On-lane consultations are always scheduled by request.
Because the shop cannot be left unattended during peak hours, on-lane sessions are reviewed and scheduled based on availability. Submitting a request allows us to confirm whether an on-lane consultation is the right next step and coordinate timing appropriately.
What to Expect
Once your request is submitted, we will review the information you provided and contact you to confirm the service and timing.
When you arrive, we will take the time to understand your goals, evaluate your equipment, and recommend the right next steps. There is no pressure and no rushing. The focus is on getting it right.
Getting Started
Use the request form to get started, or stop into the shop if you have questions before scheduling. We will take it from there
