Description

If you’re dealing with medium-heavy oil and want a ball that reads the midlane well but still flips nicely at the backend, this one fits the bill. It’s aimed at advanced, competitive bowlers who want something with a smooth, angular motion. The hook is medium-high, so it’s got enough bite without being overly aggressive down lane.

Under the cover, Roto Grip went with the NanoStar Solid Reactive, paired with the ROCKER Core plus A.I. Core Technology. The factory finish is 2000-grit Abralon, which helps with a consistent read through the heads. While the RG and differential aren’t listed, this setup gives a predictable roll and reliable continuation off the breakpoint. You get a strong midlane traction similar to the MicroTrax, but with a bit more responsiveness as the ball reaches the backend.

If you’re comfortable tuning your surface or working angles, the Rockstar can handle a variety of lane surfaces beyond just medium-heavy. It’s available in a range of weights to suit most serious bowlers. Overall, it’s a solid choice for someone who wants a dependable ball motion that won’t surprise you but still carries well through the pins.

About brand
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Fastlane Bowling Pro Shop to be simple and predictable. The information below outlines how shipping and returns work so you know exactly what to expect before you place an order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our shop and supplier partners based on product availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination. Bowling balls and larger items may ship separately from accessories. If you have questions about shipping timelines before placing an order, contact us and we will help you plan accordingly.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment

Most bowling balls are shipped undrilled unless drilling is explicitly selected and confirmed. If drilling options are added in the future, additional processing time may apply. We will always confirm details before completing any drilled order.

Returns

Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.

Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will work with you and the manufacturer when applicable to determine the best solution.

Questions Before You Order?

If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or whether a product is right for you, contact us before placing your order. We would rather help you choose correctly than deal with returns later.
