Jackal Ghost

The Cove is one of two new introductions into the 800 Series for 900 Global. Both this ball and the Ember use the new symmetrical Magna AI core design, resulting in an RG of 2.49″ and a total differential of 0.044″. The Cove features the RB 85 Hybrid coverstock, coming out of the box with a sanded 4000 Abralon finish. We noticed many traits in the Cove that reminded us of the Xponent and the Ordnance, which were two of our 900 Global favorites from the past. While these balls both used different weight blocks and coverstocks, their overall shapes and motions were very similar to what we saw when the Cove went down the lane.

The Danger Zone is back and better than ever. Originally introduced in 1996, the Danger Zone became one of the most iconic and best-selling balls in Brunswick history. Thirty years later, we’re honoring that legacy with a modern update designed for today’s game. The new Danger Zone features the same proven core shape that made the original a legend, now paired with our advanced HK22 coverstock technology to deliver stronger performance and versatility for today’s lane conditions, and will be a house shot killer. This release not only celebrates the past, but also launches an all-new Danger Zone line, engineered to exceed expectations at a price point that screams value. The Danger Zone is once again sure to become a staple in the Brunswick line and a must-have for bowlers everywhere.

The Infinity Quest is the third Brunswick ball to use the asymmetrical Infinity core shape, along with the original Infinity and the Beyond Infinity. It features the HK22C – EVO Solid coverstock that was previously used on the Mesmerize. This aggressive shell is finished with 1500 SiaAir and Crown Factory Compound, giving the ball much more length than the Mesmerize. In our testing, the Infinity Quest performed its best when we were able to play straighter in the front part of the lane as opposed to starting farther left and going away from the headpin. When we had to move inside later in our test sessions, all three bowlers struggled with the reaction shape they were seeing, as the ball wanted to start early and then didn’t have enough downlane continuation. We liked it much more on the fresh when playing straighter, which then let us switch into the Combat or the Vaporize to have more downlane angle and go around the lane more on the burn.

The Brunswick Rhino Red/Black/Gold Pearl is an entry-level reactive bowling ball known for balancing power and control, featuring an R-16 pearl reactive coverstock for easy length and backend reaction, a traditional light bulb core, and a polished 500 Siaair finish for performance on light to medium oil, making it great for new reactive bowlers or dry lanes.
