Description

If you’re working on medium-heavy oil and want a ball that hooks hard on the backend but stays clean through the heads, this will fit the bill. The Hammer Hammerhead is aimed at intermediate players who need a smooth, continuous arc with a strong backend flip. It’s not too jumpy, but it definitely reads the lane late and carries well through the pins.

Under the cover, Hammer went with their Reactive Pearl coverstock on this ball, which helps it skid through the front part of the lane before biting on the backend. The Hammer Hammerhead Core is tuned for control, sitting at a 2.48 RG with a 0.05 differential. The 1500-grit polished finish gives it just enough surface to keep it from hooking too early or rolling out before the breakpoint.

This ball’s strength is in its predictability on medium-heavy oil, offering a solid backend reaction without being overly aggressive. It comes in a full range of weights, so you can find your ideal fit. If you like a ball that reads well off the spot and keeps a smooth, angular motion heading into the pins, this one’s worth a look.

About brand
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Fastlane Bowling Pro Shop to be simple and predictable. The information below outlines how shipping and returns work so you know exactly what to expect before you place an order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our shop and supplier partners based on product availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination. Bowling balls and larger items may ship separately from accessories. If you have questions about shipping timelines before placing an order, contact us and we will help you plan accordingly.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment

Most bowling balls are shipped undrilled unless drilling is explicitly selected and confirmed. If drilling options are added in the future, additional processing time may apply. We will always confirm details before completing any drilled order.

Returns

Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.

Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will work with you and the manufacturer when applicable to determine the best solution.

Questions Before You Order?

If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or whether a product is right for you, contact us before placing your order. We would rather help you choose correctly than deal with returns later.
