The 500, 1000, 1500 Siaair finish with factory compound helps it skid through the heads before making its move.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment
Returns
Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.
Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.
Defective or Damaged Items
