Columbia White Dot Wild Orchid
$1.00
This Columbia White Dot Wild Orchid rolls straight with low hook on all lane conditions. Its plastic cover and 3 Piece Core make it a reliable choice for beginners looking for consistent control and carry.
When the lanes are slick or you need a ball that won’t hook much, this one keeps it simple and steady. It’s the kind of ball you grab for spares or when you just want a smooth arc without surprises. The low hook motion fits new bowlers or anyone who needs a dependable ball for straight shots across any lane condition.
Under the cover, Columbia went with a plastic (polyester) coverstock that’s polished to keep skid and slide up front. Inside, the 3 Piece Core sits at a 2.69 RG with a 0.020 differential, meaning it won’t flare much or create a lot of angular movement. This setup helps the ball stay predictable, giving you a clean read through the midlane and a smooth continuation to the pins.
The White Dot Wild Orchid sticks to what made this line popular for years: durability and ease of use. It comes in a wide range of weights, so most bowlers can find their fit. If you want a ball that won’t overcomplicate your shot and delivers consistent carry, this one’s worth a spot in your bag.
