Medium to heavy oil conditions call for strong backend reaction and aggressive hook. The DV8 Hater Pearl uses a Havoc Pearl reactive coverstock and Hater core to deliver a high hook potential for advanced players looking to read the midlane and backend well.

Description

If you’re rolling on medium to heavy oil and need a ball with a sharp, aggressive motion, this one’s worth a look. The Hater Pearl gives you plenty of hook through the midlane and backend, holding energy through the front part of the lane so it doesn’t lose steam early. It’s aimed at advanced bowlers who want a ball that reads well and produces a strong, angular arc.

Under the cover, DV8 went with the HK22C Havoc Pearl reactive coverstock, finished at 1500 grit for a smooth skid through the heads before snapping into a sharp move. The Hater core sits at a 2.53 RG with a 0.054 differential, which means it revs up aggressively when it hits the breakpoint and carries well through the pins. You’ll get a ball that’s reactive enough to make the backend flip but predictable enough to control.

This ball shines when you need to keep your ball rolling through the front while still having that backend pop. It comes in a full range of weights, so you can pick what fits your style best. If you throw with speed and revs, this ball could be a solid addition to your bag.

About brand
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Fastlane Bowling Pro Shop to be simple and predictable. The information below outlines how shipping and returns work so you know exactly what to expect before you place an order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our shop and supplier partners based on product availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination. Bowling balls and larger items may ship separately from accessories. If you have questions about shipping timelines before placing an order, contact us and we will help you plan accordingly.

Drilled vs Undrilled Equipment

Most bowling balls are shipped undrilled unless drilling is explicitly selected and confirmed. If drilling options are added in the future, additional processing time may apply. We will always confirm details before completing any drilled order.

Returns

Because bowling equipment is performance-based and often customized, returns are handled carefully.

Unused, undrilled items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Customized, drilled, or altered equipment is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Include photos and a brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will work with you and the manufacturer when applicable to determine the best solution.

Questions Before You Order?

If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or whether a product is right for you, contact us before placing your order. We would rather help you choose correctly than deal with returns later.
