Warranty Information
Warranty Information
Bowling equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties, not guesswork. Below is how warranty coverage works at Fastlane Bowling Pro Shop and what to expect if an issue comes up.
Manufacturer Warranties
covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, length, and terms vary by brand and product. In most cases, warranties cover manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or performance changes over time.
What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
Â
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Â
- Changes in ball reaction due to lane conditions or surface wear
Â
- Drilled, altered, or customized equipment unless the defect existed prior to modification
Â
Because bowling equipment is performance-based, changes in reaction alone do not qualify as defects
How Warranty Claims Work
If you believe a product is defective, contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and, when applicable, work with the manufacturer to determine warranty eligibility. Photos, order details, and a description of the issue may be required to start a claim.
Final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Drilled and Customized Equipment
be limited or voided depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
We recommend addressing any concerns before drilling whenever possible.
